The Launch Marketplace (formerly Pop Up & Pitch) showcases Oregon food and beverage startups through samples, sales, and pitches. Launch Mid-Valley, alongside OEN and SEDCOR, co-hosts the event as part of its mission to build a connected regional ecosystem supporting entrepreneurs' growth, visibility, and access to resources.
